Agriculture News  Monsanto Raises Ceo Pay, Predicts Huge GainsAgricultural biotech giant Monsanto Co. has been buying and selling all year. It just completed a $290 million acquisition, raised CEO Hugh Grant's compensation package by about 22% and reaffirmed predictions that gross profits would more than double from their 2007 levels to between $9.5 billion to $9.75 billion by 2012.
