`Govt acting as agency to scuttle tribal rehabilitation`!

Accusing the CPI-M led Left Front government in Kerala of acting as an `agency` to scuttle the tribal rehabilitation process in Aralam farm land here, a group of Adivasi-Dalit outfits on Thursday asked the administration to refrain from removing `electric fences,` erected to ward off wild elephants.
