Auto Expo 2010 - New Cars Launched

The 10th Auto Expo has been organized jointly by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Auto Expo is India's and Asia's largest automotive show which will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 5th January to 11th January, 2010.

Here is a list of cars which have been launched at the Auto Expo 2010:
Tata Motors, keeping with tradition, has teken the largest space of 5,500 sq.m with Maruti Suzuki not too far behind with nearly 4,700 sq.m. Hyundai’s is pretty significant with 2,000 sq.m while M&M, has space for nearly 2,100 sq.m. at the Auto Expo 2010. Major bike companies are Hero Honda, Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Mahindra, Harley Davidson and Yamaha.Though all the leading manufacturers have launched many new products in 2009 in India.

Ford Motor Company will launch 8 new vehicles in India by the middle of the decade. Speaking at the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) Conference in New Delhi today, Joe Hinrichs, president of Ford Asia Pacific and Africa (APA), and Michael Boneham, president and managing director, Ford India, however did not reveal the names of the models. Ford will also export the Figo to 50 new markets including Mexico, North Africa and the Middle East from 2011.

Maruti Suzuki India has launched limited edition variant of Ritz which has been christened Ritz Genus. he new Ritz comes with several feature like rand new signature colour Emerald Blue that comes with matching door handles and rear view mirrors. The car also comes with body graphics, side mouldings and a “Genus” decal at the back. Dual tone dashboard,stereo with speakers and tilt-adjustable steering.
