New Hyundai ix25 (Next-Gen Creta) was recently spotted for the first time in live photos, explaining the design approach in the clearest possible manner. The front fascia features the familiar split headlight design leaving the upper section for indicators or daytime running lights. The model comes with a unique third portion within the panel that virtually connects the upper and lower part of the light. The same pattern is available in the tail section too. The alloy wheels are looking massive for the size while the rear flaunts a futuristic design with an LED brake light in the black stripe running throughout the body.
The glass area is restricted in size while the ix25 badge can be seen on the right side. Hyundai is almost ready to launch the new Venue compact SUV in India, leaving Creta with some space to breathe in the higher segment with Tata Harrier and Jeep Compass as its rivals. At present, the Hyundai Creta starts at around INR 10 lakh and this new update could help the brand get a new INR 12-18 lakh price bracket with added features and modern design for the buyers. The upcoming Hyundai Venue will take care of all the needs of buyers who are planning to spend around INR 8-12 lakh on an SUV in India.
Hyundai ix25 (Nex-Gen Creta) will be branded under different names in different markets around the world. The improvement in size and interior space will help Hyundai get a better placement point against the rivals. Not just the five-seat standard layout, the new car will also feature a seven-seat variant to rival the upcoming Tata Cassini in India. Indirectly, they will also take the success baton away from a brand like Mahindra and Tata by offering more equipment and segment-leading designs. Most brands are utilizing their modern architectures to bring multiple products from one platform and the new Creta will definitely be one of them.
