EIMOR Customs never ceases to amaze the audience with their extraordinary customization to the stock motorcycles. From offering the motorcycle a unique look while keeping its authenticity intact, they are one of the best modifiers in India. One such great customization we came across by EIMOR is their recent work done on a Royal Enfield Classic 500. Christening their new creation as Beryl, the customizers have brought the client’s dream into reality.
According to the team, the RE Classic 500 customer reached with a clear vision. He wanted a minimal modification to his motorcycle while at the same time, wanted to keep its elegance intact. The client wanted his motorcycle to be customized based on “JUGAAD”, one of the recently modified motorcycles by Bombay Custom Works.
The team at EIMOR took the design inspiration from the Jugaad’s work while named their interpretation as “Beryl”. According to them, Beryl is the mineral that offers the Emerald its authentic colour and beauty. The customizers have offered 18-inch sturdy tyres to the motorcycle at either end. The front and the rear fender of the RE Classic 500 has been redesigned with a beak at either rend.
The handlebar edges of the motorcycle have been offered a golden colour scheme while equipped with custom detailing – “Handcrafted for Madhusudan”. According to the customizers, major bits and pieces of the motorcycle have been kept in the stock condition while a new tail light and turn signals have been installed at the rear.
The fuel tank of the RE Classic 500 has been equipped with brass badges while the side panel of the motorcycle features handcrafted leather detailing by Oblum Leather Works. The customizers have also offered laser detailing on the fuel tank cap as well as on the bar-end weights of the motorcycle. The overall green Xirallic ultra glossy colour with contrast leather detailing on the saddle and side panels is bound to offer the Beryl major attention on the road.
Mechanically, the stock condition of the motorcycle remains the same. Powering the Beryl is the same 499cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke twin-spark engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 27.2 Bhp at 5250 rpm and a peak torque of 41.3 Nm at 4000 rpm. The engine is mated to five-speed constant mesh gearbox.
