Kawasaki in collaboration with Bimota has given birth to the Supercharged Tesi H2 motorcycle which has been officially unveiled at the EICMA 2019. The Japanese brand Kawasaki has recently bought a 49.9% stake in Bimota, the popular Italian motorcycle manufacturer. Based on the supercharged 998cc Kawasaki H2, the Tesi H2 features a double swingarm chassis, borrowed from the Bimota machines.

The chassis of the Bimota Tesi H2 is a real innovation with the front suspension capable to move in completely different directions. This system has exceptional features as during heavy braking the wheelbase remains the same as the forks don’t operate like the old school telescopic units and further offer greater stability. Though the power output of the inline 4-cylinder engine has not been revealed by the brand, one can expect the supercharger to offer a minimum of 240HP while it can vary all the way up to 300HP.

In terms of the premium designing, the excessive use of carbon fibre across the body panels is something to look out for while the use of aluminium bits further adds to its noteworthy appeal. The front fairing design has been borrowed from the Vyrus 986 M2 while the Bimota Tesi H2 features the winglets integrated into the fairing in a clean manner. The impressive placement of carbon fibre air duct on the side accentuates its supercharged design language.

Kawasaki has not yet revealed the pricing details of the Supercharged Tesi H2 though, the comeback of Bimota is officially going to result in an aggressive price tag.
