Harley Davidson has launched the 2017 Street 750 in India, starting with a price tag of INR 4,91,000 for the Vivid Black shade. The motorcycle further offers two more variants with single tone shades at INR 5,01,000 and dual tone at INR 5,18,000. The best part comes out to be its enhanced safety features, now offering standard ABS and Smart Security System on the base variant itself.
The motorcycle had a bad reputation for its poor braking performance, which was once solved with larger diameter disc brakes on the bike while still, the missing ABS was forcing many into other brands with more safety than the older Street 750. The motorcycle is INR 22,000 expensive than the older model while offers much more than a rider would get from the non-ABS model.
The shades on offer includes Superior Blue, Fire Red, Black Denim, Vivid Black, Fire Red Deluxe and Vivid Black Deluxe, with the last two being dual tone and more expensive than others. The price hike sounds pretty reasonable and the bike now again becomes the most loaded motorcycle a person can buy in India in its segment.
