Tata Motors recently launched its all-new SUV, the Punch with a starting price of Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and deliveries have begun already. It has become the safest car available in India, having received the highest occupant and child safety ratings in Global NCAP crash tests.
This five-seater car competes with the Mahindra KUV NXT, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, and Renault Kwid, as well as a few entry-level small SUVs including the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite.
Aftermarket accessories for the Tata Punch have already commenced reaching the market, and here’s a video of what appears to be India’s first modified Tata Punch with aftermarket extras. A YouTube channel named Car Muters has posted the video on their channel. The video depicts the Tata Punch when it arrived at the workshop.
The version featured in the video is Adventure, which is one level up from the base Pure variant. It comes with a good amount of features like an LED taillamp, all four power windows, a key start-stop system, an instrument cluster with a 4-inch LCD display and many more.
Several aftermarket components are fitted into the car to give it a more upscale appearance. Starting from the exterior, the halogen bulbs in the headlights were replaced with LED units.
Because the Adventure model lacks fog lamps, an aftermarket HID projector unit has been installed in the SUV. All of the doors now have LED scratch plates, and the audio system has been updated. JBL speakers have taken the place of the factory-fitted speakers. The Punch’s design language is undeniably one of its strongest selling qualities.
