Meet Bajaj Pulsar 900RR Sports Bike – The Ultimate Track Machine

Bajaj Auto’s Pulsar series has played an integral part in the brand’s success story in the Indian as well as overseas markets. Bajaj manufactures the Pulsar in a variety of models with differing engine displacements. A few months back, it added two flagship models to its portfolio, which are the N250 and F250. Now an auto designer has come up with a digitally rendered supersport Pulsar 900RR. This digital design, created by Vinay Raj Somashekar, shows how this motorbike may look if Bajaj decides to introduce it to the market.

Speaking of the design language, the rendering is inspired by a sprinting athlete’s stance since the existing line of Pulsars, notably the NS200 and RS200, inherit their stance from diverse athlete postures. The existing Pulsars have signature style characteristics such as a high and sweeping shoulder line, as well as strong and sculpted surfaces. Thus, these components have been preserved in this digitally conceived Pular 900RR.

The Pulsar 900RR has an aggressive and swooping posture that emphasises its aerodynamic capabilities. It has a little unusual design with section split panels. Side fairing vents allow for a better airflow at high speeds, while sharp cuts and creases, as well as a muscular fuel tank, give it the impression of a true racing machine. Furthermore, the front faring, twin-pod headlamp setup, and tall windscreen give the bike the ominous appearance of a superhero vigilante.

Turning to the rear profile, it features a shrewd and upright tail section with a tiny pillion seat. A low-set clip-on handlebar combined with rear-set footpegs creates an extremely athletic and committed riding position. In terms of technical components, an 890cc parallel-twin, DOHC liquid-cooled engine derived from KTM has been used. This engine produces around 114 horsepower in its normal configuration. The Pulsar 900RR, on the other hand, might be slightly detuned to 108 hp and 90 Nm of peak torque.
