2023 Yamaha Fluo 125 Scooter Details and Official Photos

Yamaha has recently debuted its next 125cc premium scooter on the market and named it the Fluo 125. Currently introduced to the Brazilian two-wheeler market, the scooter is already on sale in Indonesia with the nametag FreeGo. However, there are a few differences. These changes and identical features, as well as design and styling, are discussed below in detail.

To commence with, the Yamaha Fluo’s design and aesthetics are similar to the previous-generation Yamaha Ray Z that was sold in India, with a rear-end comparable to the Aprilia SR125 that is now on the market. Nonetheless, the Fluo 125 looks good from head to toe and comes in some interesting dual-tone colour choices to complement.

The 2023 Fluo is available in three colours: black, blue, and white. The last two colour options include blacked-out planes on the side fairing, front apron, and floorboard, as well as alloy wheels and components, to further improve the scooter’s athletic appeal. The only noticeable visual difference between Fluo and FreeGo is the addition of discrete turn signals and brake lights, whereas Fluo offers them as a single unit.

The new Fluo includes ABS as a standard, as opposed to its Indonesian peer, which provides it as an option. Fluo also boasts a 12-volt charging connection, full LED illumination, auto start/stop, keyless entry through a smart key, and a completely digital instrument panel with a blue lighting background. Apart from that, there is a handy 25-litre storage space under the seat.

The 2023 Fluo is powered by a 125cc air-cooled engine that produces 9.6 PS of power and 10.3 Nm of peak torque and is connected to a CVT automatic transmission. It’s light for its class, weighing only 102 kg, and its fuel tank is just 4.2 litres. The Yamaha Fluo is unlikely to arrive in India because the Japanese brand already sells 125cc scooters in the Indian market, such as the Fascino and RayZR.
