Kymco Krider 400 recently made its official debut in the global markets, and this bike directly competes with the KTM Duke 390. These two naked streetfighters are built in such an effective way that they have the capability of drawing the attention of racing enthusiasts significantly. In terms of design and styling, the Krider 400 boasts a sporty design language and some aggressive features. Built on a steel tube frame, the bike gets a robust fuel tank, well-designed blacked-out alloy wheels, a belly pan and more.

The impeccable blend of black, red (body panels) and gold (front forks) makes it more eye-catching. The manufacturer has offered the bike with advanced features like an LCD instrument console, a USB charging socket, and an all-LED lighting setup.

The Krider 400 is powered by a 399cc parallel-twin engine that produces 43.5bhp and 37Nm and serves as a stressed element in the Truss steel tube frame. While these values are comparable to those of the 390 Duke, the KTM has a weight advantage. The Kymco weighs 205 kg, whereas the KTM only weighs 171 kg.

The Krider 400, on the other hand, is equipped with preload-adjustable USD forks and a seven-step adjustable rear mono-shock. Its braking system has a 300mm dual-disc arrangement in the front and a 240mm disc in the rear, as well as dual-channel ABS as standard. As far as this KTM Duke 390’s India arrival is concerned, it doesn’t seem to happen anytime soon.
