The Exter SUV is now available for reservations from Hyundai India for a nominal fee of Rs 11,000 throughout the country. A 1.2-litre kappa petrol engine (e20 fuel ready) will be available with a 5-speed manual gearbox (MT) and clever auto AMT (automated manual gearbox), and a 1.2-litre bi-fuel kappa petrol with CNG engine will be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. According to the latest details available, the Exter will be offered in the following trim levels: EX, S, SX, SX (O), and the top-tier SX(O) Connect trim. Below is a complete list of the Exter SUV’s variant options –

Only SX and SX(O) Connect MT and AMT support dual-tone colour options, and the EX trim is the only one that only comes with a manual gearbox and does not receive an AMT gearbox. Moving on to CNG variations, there will only be two trims available –

Just the 1.2-litre Kappa Bi-fuel (Petrol and CNG) Manual gearbox will be available with these two models. Talking about the colour options, six monotone colours will be available in the Hyundai Exter – Cosmic Blue, Ranger Khaki, Atlas White, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and Starry Night. Ranger Khaki plus Black, Cosmic Blue plus Black, and Atlas White plus Black are the available dual-tone options.
Although the power and torque figures have not yet been disclosed, we anticipate that they will be comparable to those of the Hyundai Venue, Tata Punch, or possibly the Hyundai Aura. Exter prices have not yet been disclosed, although they are anticipated to do so in a few weeks.
