Honda has announced a price hike for its Elevate SUV model, with increases of up to Rs. 58,000 across the different variants. The Elevate, launched in September 2023, initially started at an introductory price of Rs. 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Here’s a breakdown of the revised prices:
Variant-wise Price Hike and Revised Prices
- SV MT: The price for this variant has seen a significant hike of Rs. 58,000, resulting in a revised ex-showroom price of Rs. 11,57,900.
- V MT: This variant and the subsequent CVT variant have both witnessed a Rs. 20,000 increase, with the V MT now priced at Rs. 12,30,900.
- V CVT: The V CVT variant, like the V MT, has a revised price of Rs. 13,40,900 after the Rs. 20,000 hike.
- VX MT: The VX MT variant has also seen a Rs. 20,000 increase, resulting in a new ex-showroom price of Rs. 13,69,900.
- VX CVT: Similar to the VX MT, the VX CVT now has a revised price of Rs. 14,79,900 after the Rs. 20,000 increment.
- ZX MT: With a Rs. 20,000 hike, the ZX MT variant is now priced at Rs. 15,09,900.
- ZX CVT: Both the ZX CVT and the ZX CVT dual-tone variants have seen a Rs. 20,000 increase, resulting in prices of Rs. 16,19,900 and Rs. 16,39,900, respectively.
Powertrain and Fuel Efficiency
- Engine: The Honda Elevate is powered by a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine borrowed from the City sedan.
- Performance: The petrol engine produces 119bhp and 145Nm of torque, coupled with either a six-speed manual or a CVT unit.
- Fuel Efficiency: The MT variants claim a fuel efficiency of 15.31 kmpl, while the CVT variants offer a mileage of 16.92 kmpl.
