TVS Apache RR310 Phantom Black looks very interesting in these live images, clearly flaunting the premium shiny finish with repositioned stickers that are now actually visible in comparison to the older Racing Black shade. The old version had gloss black highlights on the matt shade while Phantom Black comes with white highlights with red borders on the fuel tank and panels.
TVS Motor is not using the 35-year legacy moniker as seen in the older model of the bike and thus, the rear panels have more visible space than ever. The fairing now comes with RR310 moniker along with a small race-tuned slipper clutch sticker.
However, the race-tuned slipper clutch is also available as an accessory for all existing owners as well. Phantom Black Apache RR310 marks the entry of both gloss shades as earlier, only Racing Red was falling under the segment. It seems like TVS had a market study regarding the colour preferences and slipper clutch was already an important requirement for the race-friendly riders.
TVS Apache RR310 is still powered by the same 312cc, single cylinder engine, producing 34 HP of maximum power and claiming 160 kph of top speed. The engine is liquid cooled and fuel injected. The new Apache RR310 Phantom Black can be bought for INR 2.27 lakh (ex-showroom).
