Complete Sales Report of 1000cc-2000cc Bikes Available in India

The complete report for 1000cc-2000cc bikes sold in September 2018 show growing dominance of Kawasaki in this region, overtaking Harley-Davidson with the popular Ninja 1000 with 49 units. The sporty Roadster from the American brand is good for 21 units and gets a second position while legendary racer Suzuki Hayabusa claims the third position with 19 units in September 2018. The complete list includes nine models from Harley-Davidson, four from Kawasaki and five from Triumph, excluding those models which could not even retail a single unit.

Kawasaki Ninja 1000

Suzuki and Honda were good for two profitable models while no other brand made an entry to this list. Yamaha is the only brand to have no superbike listed in the monthly report while a total of 10 models from all brands scored zero unit in the 30-day period. The majority of models here are also from Harley and Kawasaki. A total of 199 units were sold by all brands combined (excluding those from BMW, Ducati, MV Agusta, and Aprilia) for the 1000cc-2000cc segment.
