Top 10 Best-Selling 150cc-250cc Bikes in February 2019

Top 10 Best-Selling 150cc-250cc Bikes in February 2019

The sales report for 150cc-250cc bikes in February 2019 is quite different from all others posted to date. The numbers can be seen falling for a maximum number of products, all thanks to the upcoming safety norms that guarantee just ABS-equipped bikes can be sold from April 1, 2019, for this particular segment. The slower speed of manufacturing was necessary as making more bikes would have resulted in the wastage of resources by the brands. Also, selling them at huge discounts later would have caused another session of loss like the one witnessed in BS3 to BS4 transition.

Yamaha FZ is the third best selling product with 20,248 units while Unicorn registered a direct fall with just 14,741 units. Yamaha R15, despite getting ABS as standard, registered 8939 units in February 2019.
