Custom motorcycles have become a statement of style in today’s era while some exceptional modifications need to be showcased to the world. One such modification we came across is a customized Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Thunder that has been offered a cafe racer outlook. The project has been carried out by Kunwar Customs and considering the final product, the motorcycle is in dire need of applause.
The customizers have updated the entire frame of the stock motorcycle to impart a cafe racer outlook. The fuel tank of the motorcycle has been handcrafted to perfection while the capacity has also been increased from 12 litres to 18 litres.
In addition to this, the customizers have equipped the front fascia with a 55W LED headlight unit while the tail lamp has also been offered a similar LED treatment mated to LED turn indicators. The bike has been equipped with a circular semi-digital instrument console which further showcases the fuel gauge reading as well as the indicator lights.
The customized Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Thunder cafe racer motorcycle features an SC project silencer that offers the most appreciated monster exhaust note adding to the cafe racer characteristic. Kunwar Customs has kept the fuel tank cap as well as the lock in the stock condition for ease of replacement at a later stage.

The motorcycle further features a custom cafe racer-inspired handlebar unit as well as a long saddle that can accommodate the pillion as well by replacing the rear seat mount. The overall body panels on the customized motorcycle have been handcrafted in house and hammered there themselves. The radiator on the motorcycle has been imparted a handcrafted fairing to offer it a much bulkier outlook while the custom colour scheme adds to its rustic profile further.
Mechanically, the customized Bajaj Pulsar NS200 has been left unaltered. Powering the motorcycle is the same 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is good for 23.5HP of maximum power and 18.3 Nm of peak torque. According to the customizers, the modification cost of the entire project is around INR 35,000 – INR 40,000. For further inquiries and details, you can contact:
