2019 Bajaj Pulsar ABS Spotted Ahead of Launch Next Year

Bajaj Pulsar ABS was recently spotted testing with complete camouflage on its body. The motorcycle is carrying front ABS ring with hints of similar design language as the iconic Pulsar on its front fascia and side panels. A slight difference is hinted on the fuel tank, carrying a different extension in comparison to the current generation Pulsar 150 and Pulsar 180. The ABS ring will be seen in both the models as the deadline for updating bikes with a 125cc+ engine is nearing fast. The blue backlit console and side panels under the seat remain the same as present models. The belly pan is also seen on the ABS model.

Bajaj has updated the Pulsar 150 with wide tyres and rear disc brake under the twin-disc moniker. It is expected that after introducing ABS to the lineup, they will discontinue all other 150cc variants and keep Classic as well as twin disc (both ABS equipped) for the buyers. When it comes to Pulsar 180, the model is a decent seller and will get the same upgrade as other bikes. Bajaj is expected to use single-channel ABS on all their bikes, leaving just the Dominar and upcoming high displacement products with dual channel ABS as standard. The Pulsar range currently starts from INR 64,998 (ex-showroom).
