2020 Bajaj Dominar to Get Gloss Red and Matte Silver Colours

Bajaj Auto recently made an announcement that the 2020 Bajaj Dominar with a BS6-compliant engine will be launched in the Indian market in April next year. As per the latest buzz, in addition to the existing vine black and aurora green shades, the 2020 model of the Dominar will also be available in new gloss red and matt silver colour options. The motorcycle is the purest update in comparison to the last generation model, bringing updated features like the USD front forks and a new double-barrel exhaust.

Bajaj Auto has extensively tested the new model to achieve maximum performance out of the 373cc single-cylinder engine, using DOHC setup and taking the output up to 40HP on the motorcycle. The peak torque is now achieved at 7000 rpm and thus, the motorcycle can be revved harder than before.

The gloss red and matte silver colour options of Dominar are already available in the international markets while India will get the same with the launch of the BS6 model. The upcoming colours look great and can improve the user base for the brand in the premium segment.

At present, the motorcycle is priced at INR 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom), undercutting the rivals by almost INR 30,000 in India. Dominar is priced at such a point that even Duke 250 feels overpriced in front of it.
