Bajaj Auto has recently teased a Pulsar with the words “Dawn of The Eclipse” and the speculation is that the upcoming bike could be a new 250cc bike. While at the same time, there are assumptions about launching the N160 in the Indian market, it seems like the new Eclipse edition of the N250 is making its way to our country first.
India is the biggest market for the Pulsar lineup, and the brand continuously makes splendid efforts to keep it fresh. Although Bajaj has remained tight-lipped about the upcoming bike apart from indicating the colour scheme. The new bike, as the name implies, might be one of the top variations of the Pulsar series, with an all-black finish.
However, the forthcoming 250cc Pulsar was shadowed in the teaser, but we can make a guess about its body language that looks identical to the N250 motorcycle.
We can expect the bike to come with a number of cosmetic updates over the previously introduced 250cc motorcycles. Bajaj has offered both bikes a rich colour scheme, and the addition of a new blacked-out edition will be the cherry on top.
However, the powertrain is likely to stay the same. At present, the biggest Pulsars, the N250 and F250, are powered by a state-of-the-art 250cc engine, which is capable of generating 24.5 PS of power and 21.5 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The F250 Pulsar is a faired version, while the N250 is a naked version of the bike. Both bikes made an impressive debut last year, and their design, performance, and equipment piqued the interest of bike enthusiasts.
