All-New Bajaj Pulsar 250 to Launch in India Tomorrow; The Wait is Over!

The wait is finally over as Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the much-anticipated all-new Pulsar 250 in India tomorrow, October 28, at 12:30 PM (IST). The brand recently also released two teaser videos to escalate the excitement level as the upcoming product is the biggest and the most powerful Pulsar to date. Here are the official teaser videos of the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 250:

In the first teaser video, the brand has hinted at some of the key features of the Pulsar 250. The forthcoming bike is going to be the first non-LS/RS/NS Pulsar model to get a mono-shock suspension at the rear end. Also, as depicted in the teaser, the 250cc model of Pulsar has been equipped with LED headlamps with LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights), a raised clip-on handlebar, a split-style seat, and an all-digital instrument console.

Talking about the other design elements, the second teaser video showcases a tall visor that would give enough wind protection when riding. On the semi-fairing, folding mirrors have been installed. The latest teaser also highlights a split seat design, twin disc brakes, a side-mounted double-barrel exhaust system, and a split grab rail. The design of alloy wheels seems to be identical to the Pulsar NS200 and RS200.

The engine details have not been revealed in the teaser video, but we can expect it to be an air and oil-cooled engine with Bajaj’s patent VVA technology. Other upgrades may include Bluetooth as standard so that the riders can connect their smartphone to their Pulsar 250 and fetch the details like navigation, maps, real-time mileage, distance-to-empty, service details, battery status, phone calls, messages etc.

The Bajaj Pulsar 250 is anticipated to be priced aggressively by the home-grown two-wheeler brand, with prices expected to stay between Rs 1.30 lakh and Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price point, it will compete with the likes of Yamaha FZS 25 in the Indian markets.
