Bajaj Auto recently launched the Avenger Street 160 cruiser featuring single-channel ABS. It has officially replaced the Avenger 180 in the Indian market. The Street 160 ABS is powered by a 160.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which is able to produce 15 HP of maximum power at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque figure of 13.5 Nm at 7000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
If we go towards the looks of the bike, it uses the same chassis setup with the same dimensions as they were on its elder sibling, the Avenger 180. Even the ground clearance on the bike remains the same at 177mm. The motorcycle is equipped with an analogue-digital instrument console.
The bike is available in two colours: Spicy Red, and Ebony Black. The Bajaj Avenger Street 160 ABS is nearly INR 6000 lower in terms of pricing in comparison to the Avenger 180. Following is the list of state-wise ex-showroom prices for the newly launched Street 160 ABS.
