Bajaj Pulsar 250 Spotted Again; India Launch by Diwali 2021

Bajaj Pulsar 250 Spotted Again Ahead of Launch: The much-talked-about 250cc Pulsar was spotted testing on the Indian roads for the very first time back on February 26 this year. Now, the upcoming bike has been spotted once again in a new set of photos and as per the details available, Bajaj Auto would be launching the Pulsar 250 by Diwali 2021. Here are the latest spy images of the 250cc Pulsar:

Though the motorcycle is heavily camouflaged, one can clearly see the telescopic front forks, rear monoshock suspension, black alloy wheels, an edgy design for the rearview mirrors, split seats, a short rear fender, an LED-projector headlight with DRLs, a smart rear tyre hugger, a short upswept exhaust system, an underseat LED tail-light and a new set of pillion grab rails.

As per the details available, unlike the liquid-cooled Pulsar NS200, the NS250 would be powered by an all-new 250cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected, oil-cooled engine, and it is expected to generate around 24HP of maximum power, which is less than 24.5HP developed by the Pulsar NS200.

However, NS250 is expected to be torquier than the NS200, which is good for 18.5Nm of peak torque. It seems like Bajaj is planning to launch the NS250 with a very aggressive price tag, to make it capable enough to compete with the likes of other value-for-money motorcycles like the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and the Yamaha FZ 250.

Bajaj Pulsar series currently has 125, 150, 160, 180, 200, and 220cc engine options. In addition to the 250cc model of the Pulsar NS and Pulsar RS, Bajaj Auto is also said to be working on Avenger 250 cruiser motorcycle and the Pulsar AS250 adventure motorcycle.
