Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Dual-Channel ABS Model Price Leaked [Launch Soon]

Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Dual-Channel ABS Model is Coming Soon: According to a recent report, Bajaj Auto is all set to launch a dual-channel ABS version of the Pulsar RS200, the only fully-faired machine in the brand’s portfolio.

As per a report by BikeWale, the Pulsar RS200 dual-channel ABS model will launch with a price tag of INR 1,43,016, getting a premium of only INR 1403 from its standard single-channel ABS version which is currently available at INR 1,41,613. The prices mentioned here are ex-showroom Jaipur.

Since all other motorcycles in the Pulsar RS200’s segment are equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard, Bajaj’s plan of equipping its fully-faired motorcycle with a dual-channel ABS unit seems to be a step in the right direction when it comes to maximising the monthly sales.

Apart from the addition of a dual-channel ABS unit, there will be no other mechanical or cosmetic changes offered to the RS200. The motorcycle will continue to be powered by the same BS4 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is capable to develop maximum power of 24.5HP @ 9750 rpm and a peak torque of 18.6Nm @ 8000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The suspension duties on the motorcycle will continue to be handled by telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear. It is being reported that the brand will roll out the BS6 model of the Pulsar RS200 a few days before the implementation of the new emission norms in the country on April 1, 2020.
