Bajaj Pulsar is one of the most popular series in the brand’s portfolio. According to the recent reports, the brand is all set to launch the BS6-compliant models of the Pulsar series in the coming months. The reports also suggest that the brand will be launching the Bajaj Pulsar RS250 by the year 2022. In addition to this, the new set of 250cc motorcycles also includes the Pulsar NS250 and the Avenger 250.
Bajaj doesn’t have a lot of bikes in the entry-level quarter-litre segment to compete in the market with the likes of Suzuki Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250, KTM Duke 250, Honda CBR250R, Yamaha FZ25, and the Fazer 25. The launch of the Bajaj Pulsar RS250 is one of the major ways for the brand to up its game.

According to the recent buzz, the upcoming RS250 will be replacing the
Bajaj Pulsar RS200 in the Indian market. The latter was introduced by the brand to get more sales in its segment though, achieving only limited sales with the RS200 is something the brand didn’t expect. Thus, updating the existing bike with a new engine as well as a new chassis frame would be one of the wisest decisions from the brand.
The brand is further expected to replace the Pulsar 180 with a 200cc model while the Pulsar 220F will be replaced by a 250cc Pulsar variant. The upcoming Avenger 250, on the other hand, will be replacing the existing Avenger 220 in the Indian market.
To make a promising impact on the customers, the next-gen Pulsar variants are expected to get a host of premium features in addition to better tyres and a refined engine. When launched in India, the Bajaj Pulsar RS250 is expected to get an ex-showroom price tag of around INR 1.60 lakh.
