The price of the upcoming BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 180F has surfaced online. According to a recent report by Autocar India, the updated model of 180F will launch with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.07 lakh. The BS6 model is priced approximately INR 11,000 higher in comparison to the BS4-compliant model, which is available for INR 96,390, till the stock lasts. Like the rest of the BS6 Pulsar models, no cosmetic changes have been made to the BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 180F and it continues to feature the same 220F-inspired design language.
To meet the BS6 emission norms, the brand has equipped the 180F with a fuel-injection system, an ECU, a catalytic converter, and a revised exhaust system. As of now, no details are available regarding the engine specifications of the BS6 model. For reference, the BS4-compliant model of the Pulsar 180F is powered by a 178.6cc, single-cylinder engine, producing maximum power of 17.02HP @ 8500 rpm and 14.22Nm @ 6500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
In terms of hardware, the bike remains exactly similar to the BS4 model. The suspension duties on the BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 180F are handled by telescopic forks with anti-friction bush at the front and 5-way adjustable Nitrox shock absorbers at the rear.
For braking performance, the bike is equipped with a 260mm single disc at the front and a 230mm single disc at the rear, which are further mated to a single-channel ABS unit as standard. The BS6 Pulsar 180F is expected to be available in same colour combinations like that of the BS4 model, which is available in two colours: Black with Red, and Grey with Orange.
