BS6 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Price Increased: Apart from increasing the price of the Dominar 400, Avenger 220, Avenger 160, Pulsar NS200, RS200, 220F, 180F, Pulsar 150 series and the Pulsar 125 series, Bajaj Auto has also increased the price of the Pulsar NS160 to recover the losses the brand has incurred during the lockdown period. The 160cc NS was recently launched with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.03 lakh and as per the official website of Bajaj Auto, the motorcycle is now priced at INR 1.06 lakh.
Coming to the mechanical bits, powering the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is a BS6-compliant 160.3cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that is now capable of offering maximum power of 17.2 HP @ 9,000 rpm which is 2 HP higher than the 15.2 HP @ 8,500 rpm offered by its BS4 version. The torque offered by the BS6-compliant model remains the same at 14.6 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
