MY2021 Bajaj Pulsar NS Series Gets 4 New Colours: In addition to the MY2021 Pulsar RS200, Bajaj Auto has also launched four new colours for the MY2021 Pulsar NS200 and Pulsar NS160. Both the bikes are now available in Burnt Red (Matte Finish), Metallic Pearl White, Pewter Grey, and Satin Plasma Blue. Apart from the Pewter Grey and Metallic Pearl White colour combinations, Bajaj has not revealed the images of the rest of the colours yet.
Here is the official statement released by Mr Narayan Sundararaman, Head-Marketing, Bajaj Auto: “The Pulsar RS200 and NS200 have always stood out by offering the latest in international technology in performance motorcycling. This festive season, we offer discerning motorcyclists an unbeatable combination of sporty responsive performance and eye-catching new looks that reaffirm Pulsar’s market leadership.”
Powering the MY2021 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is the same BS6-compliant, 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that is capable of generating a maximum power figure of 24.5 HP @ 9750 rpm and a peak torque of 18.5 Nm @ 8000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The motorcycle can register an approximate top speed of 136kmph while the ground clearance stands at 168mm. The suspension duties, braking power, as well as the single-channel ABS unit, also remain the same for the updated motorcycle variant.
Coming to the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, the street naked bike is powered by a BS6-compliant, 160.3cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that is capable of offering maximum power of 17.2HP @ 9,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 14.6Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
