New Bajaj Dominar 250 Gets Updated With Black Alloys; Check Details

As we all know, Bajaj always makes efforts to offer its bikes a new and sophisticated look, and likewise, it is updating its existing bikes these days. We recently reported on the spotting of the Pulsar NS200 and NS160 with black alloys, and now the Dominar 250 has also been spotted with the same black shade alloys. In August 2021, Bajaj unveiled the 2022 Dominar 250 in dual-tone colours with silver alloys.

As seen in the Youtube video by “Autoholic Manish”, the Dominar 250 racing red and matte silver is updated with black alloys instead of silver. It sounds like to offer the new colour scheme a retouch, the brand has done this update. It’s also worth mentioning here that no other update has been noted in the 2022 model yet.

The 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine on the Bajaj Dominar 250 is capable of churning out a maximum power of 27HP @ 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 23.5Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The quarter-litre Dominar features identical design language when compared to its 400cc sibling while the engine specifications are almost similar to the KTM Duke 250 and the Husqvarna 250cc series.

The smaller-displacement Dominar has been equipped with a cheaper swingarm unit as well as thinner tyres though the suspension setup continues to feature USD forks at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear. The motorcycle features disc brakes at either end which are further mated to a dual-channel ABS unit as standard.
