Bollywood Actor Shahid Kapoor Buys a BMW G310R

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor recently took delivery of his BMW G310R, sharing his first ride experience on his official Instagram page as agile through the Mumbai traffic. The actor claimed the ride to be fun-filled and perfect for traffic-filled areas. BMW G310R is powered by a 313cc, single cylinder engine, resulting in a lightweight overall built and impressive acceleration figures. The frame is shared among three motorcycles and G310R is the most handling-friendly option from them. It is the lightest and comes with a relaxed handlebar for easy city-specific manoeuvres. Shahid Kapoor’s G310R is finished in the iconic White shade with Red/Blue highlights.

BMW G310R offers 34 HP of maximum power and this amount of power is good for a sub-10-second sprint from 0-100 kph with a pillion. The motorcycle uses USD front forks and ABS-equipped front as well as rear disc brakes for maximum control. However, the biggest drawback experienced by most riders is the high service and spare cost, leaving many in the state of confusion as if they are getting a single cylinder lightweight or a twin cylinder middleweight product serviced. Shahid is not the first celebrity to get a BMW G310R as the ace cricketer Yuvraj Singh also owns one.
