‘India Bike Week’ that was organised in Vagator, Goa on December 6-7, 2019, had a number of eye-catching showcases and one of them was the launch of CEAT’s new tubeless range of tyres – Gripp XL and Zoom X3. The speciality of the Gripp XL is that it has been engineered to offer ‘Superior Grip’ on all kinds of terrains and features an angular block pattern for better traction. These tyres have been specifically designed for motorcycles like Royal Enfield.
The new CEAT Zoom X3 series has been designed in two options namely Zoom X3 and Zoom X3 F, and this series of tyres specialise at offering ‘Superior Control at High Speeds’. The rear tyre of the Zoom X3 series has ‘Zig Zag Centre Groove’ that ensures better straight-line stability with a wiping effect on wet roads, plus it improves aquaplaning, water-channelling, and it also improves traction.
The Zoom X3 F has been designed for the front end and it features a continuous circumferential groove in the shoulder and enhances the ride, handling and sharp cornering ability. These tyres have been designed keeping in mind the 150cc+ bikes like Pulsar 220F, NS160, Pulsar 180F, Avenger series, and the Apache series.
The Cheif Marketing Officer of CEAT addressed the launch event by saying, ”Our vision is to make mobility safer and smarter every day and we are proud to be associated with India Bike Week 2019 as the Safety partner. We are also very glad to present our new Tubeless range of Gripp XL and Zoom X3 tyres, which are designed, by keeping in mind the customer preference for tyres that provide superior control and stability on all terrains.”
The Gripp XL and the Zoom X3 series was unveiled by Zubin Patel at the event, who is a national champion in motorsport racing. The tyres are already available in the market and interested buyers can get them from any authorized dealership across the country.
