Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP Goes On Sale In India For Rs 34.99 Lakh

Ducati has launched the Streetfighter V4 SP at a price of Rs 34.99 lakh, following a couple of teasers on social media (ex-showroom). The Streetfighter V4 SP is a more serious version of the standard Streetfighter V4 S that uses lighter materials. Over the standard V4 S, it also gets improved braking and a new clutch.

The Streetfighter V4 SP is designed in the same manner as the standard Streetfighter V4S. It does, however, receive a Winter Test livery (also seen on the Panigale V4 SP2), as well as carbon fibre wings and a front fender. The adjustable footpegs have been treated with aluminium, and there are also carbon heel guards.

Marchesini forged magnesium wheels replace the standard’s aluminium wheels. As a result, the Streetfighter V4 SP weighs 196.5kg, which is 2.5kg lighter than the Streetfighter V4 S. The Streetfighter V4 SP keeps the same 1103cc 90-degree V4 powertrain, which produces 208 hp at 13,000 rpm and 123 Nm of torque at 9500 rpm and is mated to a six-speed transmission with a quick-shifter. A nine-disc STM EVO SBK dry clutch, on the other hand, is new and standard.

Brembo provides the braking system, with Stylema R monobloc callipers replacing the V4 S’s Stylema callipers. These are mounted on twin 330mm front discs and a 245mm rear disc with a dual-piston calliper. It also has a fully adjustable electronic suspension on both ends, with 43mm Ohlins NIX-30 forks up front and an Ohlins TTX36 unit with an aluminium single-sided swingarm at the back. The spring fork preload has been reduced from 11mm to 6mm.

In terms of equipment, the Streetfighter V4SP includes a six-axis IMU, traction control, slide control, power launch, wheelie control, quick shifter, engine braking control, and other features, as well as a colour TFT instrument cluster.
