Complete List of ABS Bikes Under INR 3 Lakh: The inclusion of ABS in bikes with a displacement of more than 125cc has forced major brands to bring the safety feature into action before the official deadline of March 31, 2019. The lineup from Suzuki is ready as all three products crossing the displacement range are equipped with single channel ABS. However, non-ABS variants of Gixxer and Gixxer SF will be discontinued.
Hero MotoCorp launched the Xtreme 200R with standard 1-channel ABS while two of their 150cc bikes are yet to add ABS as an option. Honda CB Hornet 160R and CBR250R are safe from the new law while xBlade and Unicorn are yet to get an upgrade. TVS offers ABS for RTR 200 and 180 but misses the same on both 160cc models. Bajaj has the longest pending list of products that require ABS addition, all belonging to the Pulsar and Avenger range.
Jawa bikes were launched with standard single-channel ABS while Royal Enfield is gradually upgrading all the bikes with dual channel ABS. They still have a non-ABS variant for the Bullet and Classic. KTM offers ABS on both 390 bikes while Kawasaki and BMW also offer ABS as standard on popular bikes. The bikes under 125cc displacement will get mandatory CBS before April 1, 2019.
