Hero Xtreme 200R Bookings Open in India

Hero Xtreme 200R bookings have started for an amount between INR 1000-5000. The motorcycle is expected to launch around first week of June. It will be their first direct rival to naked street bikes from 200cc segment.

Hero uses a frugal 199.6cc, single cylinder engine producing 18.1 BHP at 8000 rpm and 17.1 Nm at 6500 rpm. It comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. They have claimed 39.9 kmpl of certified mileage while 0-60 kmph takes just 4.6 seconds. Claimed top speed for Xtreme 200R is 112 kmph. Every detail regarding the bike is presently available from Hero.

Going with the competition, Hero Xtreme 200R offers full digital instrument console, 146 kg of lightweight body and single channel ABS for their front wheel. Rear disc measures 220mm while front on use is smaller than others at 276mm.

They are offering Red, Red Black, Silver Black, Blue and Orange Black shade combinations on Xtreme 200R. Seat height given here is 790mm, making the motorcycle pretty impressive in terms of user comfort while putting feet on ground. A considerable hump in rear seat height guarantee sporty side profile. It is expected to get priced around INR 90,000.
