Hero XF3R was an interesting product in the company’s concept lineup at Auto Expo 2016. Things went more interesting when Hero Motocorp recently filed patent for the production design of the concept motorcycle. The same can enter production in the coming time, rivaling the growing 300cc segment that hosts Mahindra Mojo, Bajaj Dominar 400, upcoming BMW G310R and even the closest 390 Duke.

Even TVS is working on the Akula 310, providing Indian buyers with loads of options to consider before their new bike. Hero XF3R would be the flagship product for the company, most probably getting an all new nameplate in its production version. This would be the first bike from Hero Motocorp to support USD front forks and single sided swingarm, providing premium feel to the buyer.

The motorcycle comes with a typical street bike design, carrying impressive bulky fuel tank at the front. It even comes with extensions that seems to integrate the LED indicators of the motorcycle. The alloy wheels are painted Black at the front and Red for the rear one in the concept version. It’s high mounted exhaust could be replaced with a bit relaxed one in the production version.

Not just that, it is even expected to bring Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, digital instrument console and dual channel ABS with itself. It is still unknown that which of these features would be carried forward to the production version. Hero XF3R can even be called as the most effective Hero design till date. It would get enough of the required limelight through the vast network of Hero dealerships across India.
