The motorcycle’s handling has been claimed to be extraordinary well for its segment by the makers. 2017 version of CBR1000RR is the 25th year for Fireblade’s production, making this model much more special than anything else of Honda’s side.
Internationally, 2017 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade is available in 3 versions: Base, SP and SP2. But Honda has launched only 2 variants in India: Base and SP. The new additions to the motorcycle are pretty amazing as replacing Honda’s C-ABS with a new one from other source reduced the weight by 10 kg. CBR1000RR now even carries 5-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and rear lift control (RLC) for calculating lean angle, wheel speed, throttle angle and braking inputs. All in all, these make it much more safer and reliable in case of panic braking.
