2018 Dream Yuga & Livo Launched: 2018 Honda Livo has been launched in India for INR 56,230 (ex-showroom Delhi). The motorcycle was already quite expensive when compared to segment rivals and now, it is quite close their very own Honda CB Shine. One can add INR 199 to the package and get same spec 125cc Honda Shine in India.
If that is not your choice, one can choose between 2018 Honda Livo Disc (INR 58,720) and CB Shine Disc (INR 58,742). That means if you spend extra INR 22 on your new bike, you can upgrade from 110cc to 125cc within the Honda lineup.
This was a shocking decision as most brands keep a difference of INR 4,000-5,000 on these two engine sizes. Honda Livo can be bought in five shades namely Athletic Blue Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic, Matte Axis Grey Metallic, Sunset Brown Metallic and Black.
Along with Livo, Honda also updated Dream Yuga for 2018 and launched the same for INR 52,741. It is available in a single variant only. Shade options on Dream Yuga includes Black with Radiant Red, Black with Heavy Grey, Black with Lemon Ice Yellow, Sports Red with Black, Black with Sunset Brown and Black with Red.
Both bikes are powered by 109.19cc, single cylinder engine producing 8.31 BHP at 7500 rpm and 9.09 Nm at 5000 rpm. Also, they share same electric starter, 4-speed gearbox and 86 kmph of top speed. Livo weighs 111 kg while Dream Yuga is 2 kg lighter.
Both options are available with 80/100-18 tubeless tyres at both ends. Honda is slowly updating its entire lineup and recently listed the all new X Blade before CB Hornet 160R. Price for Honda range of bikes start at INR 45,247 for CD 110 Dream while top spec CB Hornet is priced at INR 86,823.
