300cc Honda Scooter India Launch and Pricing Details Revealed: As we reported earlier, the Japanese multinational conglomerate Honda has recently delivered its 300cc scooter christened as Forza 300 to four customers who had pre-booked it at the Gurugram dealership. Apart from this, the brand will officially launch the scooter in the Indian market next year and it will be exclusively retailed by Honda’s BigWing stores across the country. In terms of pricing, as per a report by Autocar, the BS6 model of Forza 300 will launch with a price tag above INR 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The primary reason for Forza’s premium price tag is the addition of taxes and import duties as the scooter will be made available to the Indian buyers through CBU (Completely Built Unit) route in which the entire assembled model is imported from the origin country to the country where it will be sold. The secondary reason is the features being offered on the Forza 300, like the all-LED light setup along with the car-like premium semi-digital instrument cluster. The scooter features adjustable windscreen with huge under-seat storage that can hold up to 2 full-faced helmets and it also has a 12-volt socket to charge a smartphone or any other compatible electronic device. The brakes get its power from a 256mm disc brake at the front and a 240mm at the rear end. The scooter measures 2142mm in length, 754mm in width, and 1471mm in height. The ground clearance of the 300cc scooter from Honda stands at 144mm while the seat height is measured at 780mm. The Forza 300 gets a fuel tank capacity of 11.5-litres while the promised range stands at 350km. It ensures the rider’s safety by having 2-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) and HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control), making Forza 300 a one-of-a-kind scooter when it comes to the roads with unfavourable conditions. Honda Forza 300 is powered by a 279cc fuel-injected single-cylinder engine, which generates a maximum power of 24.8HP @ 7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 27.2Nm @ 5,750 rpm.
