Honda CB300R has received a minor price hike of around INR 1,000 in the Indian market. The streetfighter is now available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 2.42 lakh. As per the recent sales report, Honda was able to sell 80 units of the CB300R in India in June 2019. It also surpassed the sales number of CBR250R, which was able to register just 54 units in the same period. The Honda CB300R was launched in India back in February this year while the deliveries were commenced in April 2019.
The new-gen model of the Honda CB300R is powered by a 296cc, single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which is good for 30 HP of maximum power at 8000 rpm and 27.4 Nm of maximum torque at 6500 rpm. The 147kg street motorcycle comes with an approximate top speed of 160 kph and offers 800mm of seat height. Honda CB300R can be had in Black as well as Red shade. The former is matt finished while the latter comes with a gloss finish on the fuel tank and the body panels. Honda CB300R competes in the market with the likes of BMW G310R, Bajaj Dominar 400, and the KTM 390 Duke.
