Honda CB300R Removed from the Official Website in India
In one of the recent updates, the BS4 model of the Honda CB300R has been removed from the official website in India. As of now, it is not clear whether the brand would be launching the updated BS6-compliant model or not. Before being discontinued, the streetfighter was available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 2.42 lakh. The 300cc motorcycle was launched in India back in February last year while the deliveries were commenced in April 2019.
The BS4 Honda CB300R was powered by a 296cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which was good for 30HP of maximum power at 8000 rpm and 27.4Nm of maximum torque at 6500 rpm. The 147kg street motorcycle offered 800mm of seat height. Honda CB300R was available in Black as well as Red shade. The former was matt finished while the latter had a gloss finish on the fuel tank and the body panels. Honda CB300R used to compete in the market with the likes of BMW G310R, Bajaj Dominar 400, and the KTM 390 Duke.
