The Honda CB500X, which debuted in April 2021, was chastised for being overpriced, with prices starting at Rs. 6.87 lakhs ex-showroom.The reason for this was that the entry-level adventure tourer was delivered to India as a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) unit. But now Honda India has decided to reduce the price of the bike and has made a significant deduction. At present, with a drop of Rs 1.09 lakh, the CB500X is available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 5.78 lakh in Delhi instead of its earlier price of Rs 6.87 lakh.
This Honda now appears to be more affordable for a large number of Indians. While the CB500X is a fantastic and practical bike, its initial price tag kept many customers away from the BigWing Showroom. However, this price cut might be only temporary. The Japanese company may wish to clear off its stock. It’s also worth noting here that Honda has released the CB500X in worldwide markets for 2022. The new model sports USD forks and a new colour scheme. Therefore, it’s probable that the price has been dropped to make room for the brand’s India model.
