According to the latest reports, the 2020 Honda CBF190X Fight Hawk has been officially launched in China at a price tag of CNY 16,380 (INR 1.77 lakh, approx). The all-new dual-sport motorcycle will be available to the customers in the Chinese markets in 5 colour schemes.
Initially unveiled back at the 14th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition (CIMA) held in 2016, the Honda CBF190X is a joint product of the partnership between Honda and Sundiro that has already given birth to the Honda CBF190TR and CBF190R.
Coming to the design language, the brand has equipped the motorcycle with a V-shaped LED headlight which is further accompanied by an adequate windscreen. The fuel tank has been equipped with prominent accents while the tank capacity stands at 12 litres.
The brand has equipped the next-gen motorcycle variant with a single-piece longer saddle while the underside of the motorcycle has been equipped with a skid plate.
The brand has equipped the 2020 Honda CBF190X Fight Hawk with an all-new logo that represents the partnership of Honda and Sundiro. The MY2020 variant of the motorcycle has been imparted a gear position indicator on its LCD instrument display.
The addition of a side exhaust system that replaces the underbelly exhaust unit seen on the last-gen variant has improved the ground clearance of the motorcycle which now stands at 150mm. The single-piece tubular handlebar unit is also a little toned down to offer maximum comfort while riding.
The 2020
Honda CBF190X is powered by a 184.4cc, single-cylinder, 2-valve, air-cooled engine that is capable of churning out a maximum power of 16.8HP and a peak torque of 16.3Nm. The engine has been equipped with a PGM-FI electronic fuel injection system for better fuel efficiency.
The suspension duties are handled by USD forks at the front while the rear has been equipped with a monoshock unit. The CBF190X features a disc brake setup at either side mated to a single-channel ABS as standard.
The customers can avail the 2020 Honda CBF190X in Pearl Black, Glow Color White, Fluorescent Red, Jazz Gray and White/Red/Blue Tri-colour colour schemes in the Chinese markets. As of now, Honda has no immediate plans to launch the dual-sport motorcycle in India.
