According to the reports, it has been launched with subtle mechanical changes and is now finally BS6 compliant.

Earlier, the bike wasn’t complying with the BS6 norms, it was removed by the company from its website and from that moment there was no official sign of its launch in the market and was expected to use an updated version of the earlier 286cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine.

With the BS4 compliance, this motorcycle’s engine was capable of generating 30 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 27.4 Nm of max torque at 6,500 rpm in collaboration with a 6-speed transmission.

The suspension setup packs 37mm front forks with 4.65 inches travel and Pro-Link single shock with five positions of spring preload adjustability at the rear end. Honda would be offering the new CB300R in two colour options, Matte Steel Black and Pearl Spartan Red.
