Indian Springfield Launched in India at INR 31 Lakh (Ex-Gurugram)

The experience of motorcycle riding goes luxury with the all new Indian Springfield, launched at a price of INR 31 lakh (Ex-showroom Gurugram). The seventh Indian model to be sold in India, the Springfield is another example of modern technology and classic styling being blended in a single package.

The motorcycle is powered by a thunder-stroke 111 V-Twin engine, used in all of the Indian bikes being sold in the country. It is good for 138.9 Nm at just 2600 rpm, presenting an all new level of comfort while cruising at moderate speeds. It comes loaded with features like hard bags with remote locking, ABS, cruise control, Tyre pressure monitoring system and adjustable passenger foot board. The bookings for the Indian Springfield has already begun whereas the deliveries can be expected to start in coming days.

Pankaj Dubey, managing director, Polaris India expressed his feel about the new launch and said that: “The new Indian Springfield’. wasn’t designed to fill a space in our line-up; it was built to fill a space in the hearts of riders who value the rich heritage and fine craftsmanship of Indian Motorcycle, and who want both a pure touring bike and a sleek urban cruiser. Seasoned riders will surely find the Indian Springfield as the best partner in their marathon road trips.”
