Jawa Cancels Booking of a Customer Who Posted Fake Facebook Update

Jawa Cancels Booking of a Customer Who Posted Fake Facebook Update: Jawa motorcycles are always circling the news whether it’s for late deliveries, body panels getting rust or the launch of new motorcycle editions. Following the same course of history, the Czech manufacturer is again in the top news. The story that is going viral over the social media channels is of a customer who is claiming to get the Jawa delivery before the specified delivery time.

Since the longer waiting periods is a sore subject for Jawa enthusiasts, a customer registering for a motorcycle in May 2019 and getting the motorcycle delivered within just a few months did strike a chord with them.

According to Saurabh Yadav’s Facebook update, he has claimed to book his motorcycle in May while the brand has not only delivered it to him before the said delivery time but also offered a dual-channel ABS variant instead of the single-channel ABS variant booked by him.

However, Jawa motorcycles have officially denied the reports of delivering a motorcycle to Saurabh Yadav. Since the brand believes that the customer is spreading fake news to create panic and get a reaction out of the confused customers, they have cancelled the original booking made by the customer.

Commenting on the cancellation of the customer’s booking, Jawa motorcycle has posted an update on their official Facebook page – “It has come to our notice that some miscreants are spreading false propaganda on deliveries. Please be aware of these types of messages which are being sent out to cause panic and confusion among customers. After speaking to the person concerned we have seen that the action was intentional and designed to spread confusion and ill will. We have therefore decided to cancel his booking.”

Though ill comments and fake allegations are not tolerated by the brand anyhow, one can easily point towards the late Jawa deliveries as the cause of such negative comments as well as other allegations. If the brand will focus more on delivering the motorcycles on time, the false accusations are bound to remain at bay in the coming future.
