Meet Jawa Forty-Two Wearing a Scratch-Resistant Mirror Coat by Detailing Devils

The Jawa sensation meets another visually-enchanting phenomenon on this impressive Comet Red Jawa 42 by Detailing Devils. The motorcycle has been offered a scratch-resistant mirror coating and it has taken the sophistication to another level. The gloss red shade looks highly enhanced and reflects even the smallest bit of light thrown at it. The coating not just makes the product look younger but also saves against minor scratches that occur with everyday use.

Jawa has already made the Forty-Two with a mix of retro-modern charm and advanced electronic features, keeping the balance that was much expected from the current generation Royal Enfield bikes. The Jawa 42 seen here comes without any accessory as the missing centre stand, crash protector, backrest, and bar end mirrors are now available with the dealers for a slight amount of personalization.

Jawa 42 features black fork covers, extended front mudguard, chrome exhaust pipes, and chrome-laden indicators. The flat seat of the motorcycle looks comfortable while the retro appeal of the fuel tank and side panels is pretty distinguishable.

Jawa 42 is powered by a 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine which is good for 26.51 HP of maximum power and 27.05 Nm of maximum torque. The exhaust sound is truly iconic as the practical application of DB killers helps the bike achieve a non-disturbing rumble.

Once revved hard, the sound feels like coming from a premium sports bike. The Jawa branding on the fuel tank and all remaining highlights follow the pinstripe principle for vintage and familiar brand feel. The stock BS6 model of Jawa 42 is available with a starting price tag of INR 1.69 lakhs (ex-showroom).
