INTERMOT 2018: Kawasaki Ninja 125 Launched at £4399 (INR 4.18 Lakh)

Kawasaki Ninja 125 is now official, leaving fans stunned with a balanced design and proportional dynamics for this segment through the INTERMOT 2018 platform. The availability will vary with country and driver license restrictions, only including the developed markets as their first target market, with no license requirement or just learner license being enough to ride the powerful entry-level options. Ninja 125 comes with a single front headlight, completely inspired by the quarter-liter SL range. The model is priced at £4399 (INR 4,18,500 approx) for the standard version and £4499 (INR 4,28,000 approx) for the KRT Edition.

Apart from that, the design lines and sticker pattern is highly inspired by bigger Ninja models. The bike is available in Lime Green / Ebony / Metallic Graphite Grey (KRT), Metallic Flat Spark Black / Metallic Matt Fusion and Silver Candy Plasma Blue / Metallic Flat Spark Black shade. Even the exhaust design is similar to the muffler seen on Ninja 250 SL. The 11-liter fuel tank is good enough to provide a respectable range for a bike with this engine. Kawasaki Ninja 125 measures 1,935mm in length, 685mm in width and 1,075mm in height.

The wheelbase measures 1,330mm. The 125cc engine is liquid cooled and fuel injected, producing 15HP of max power and 11.7 Nm of decent torque. Kawasaki is using 100/80 front and 130/70 rear tire for maximum available grip levels. A decent 785mm of seat height means no rider will ever feel bad about feet not touching the ground in city conditions. The motorcycle comes with front and rear disc brakes, clearly seen with ABS ring in all the official images. Ninja 125 comes with conventional front telescopic suspension measuring 37mm at the front and clip-on handlebar for improved control over closed circuits or track specific events.
