Not every bike is made with an intention of high spec performance and class leading output. 2018 Kawasaki Z125 Pro is one such story where rider comfort is given more priority than anything else. Not just that, it falls under different license term that help beginners enjoy the concept of motorcycle riding in easiest possible manner.
2018 Kawasaki Z125 Pro was recently launched in the US for $3199 (INR 2.08 lakh approx). Not just that, buyers in US who will soon get one of these from a dealership will get custom graphics kit free. The motorcycle is listed under new rider friendly tag of Kawasaki USA.
Z125 Pro is available in Metallic Courage Gray, Candy Persimmon Red and Metallic Flat Spark Black/Pearl Mystic Gray/Metallic Spark Black. The last shade is triple themed and looks highly inspired from Z900. The motorcycle is powered by a 125cc, air cooled and fuel injected engine producing 9.4 BHP.
As mentioned above, this Kawasaki is not for those who are looking for sheer performance as beginners will love playing with this four geared machine and learn a lot about motorcycling. US licensing terms are different from the Indian system as they cannot ride any of the motorcycle under a single license.
Z125 Pro uses from USD forks, 200mm front and 184mm rear disc brake. The braking it quite good as tyre size on Z125 pro is 12-inch. Front tyre measures 100/90-12 while rear on use is 120/70-12. It weighs just 101 kg and thus, performance will be quite satisfying for sure at all times.
Kawasaki offers 7.4 liters of fuel tank for the motorcycle. In India, the price range of INR 2.08 lakh is dominated by products from KTM. Even when we think about local manufacturing, INR 1-1.25 lakh of price tag will not be a great deal.
