Aurum Kawasaki (Delhi) has delivered the first 2020 Ninja ZX-10R in India to Mr Amrit Bir Singh. The updated version of the popular supersport motorcycle features more power and better-tuned components for a great overall experience.
The 2020 model of the Ninja ZX-10R comes painted in Green shade for the fuel tank and black side fairing for a contrasting look. The rear seat is missing on the model as Kawasaki offers it as an accessory and can be bought along with the rear footpegs. The motorcycle features three-spoke alloy wheels, black-finished frame, and adjustable front forks.
2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is available with a price tag of INR 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom India). The 998cc, four-cylinder engine on the motorcycle is good for 203 HP of maximum power at 13,500 rpm and 114.9 Nm of maximum torque at 11,200 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The sportbike weighs just 206kg and comes with Brembo braking system with M50 Monobloc callipers.
The Kawasaki quick shift system, traction control system, cornering management and launch control makes sure that every ride is well mannered and eye-popping for sure. The motorcycle measures 2085mm in length, 740mm in width and 1145mm in height.
The wheelbase measures 1440mm and Ninja ZX-10R offers a decent 835mm of seat height. Kawasaki uses 120-section front and 190-section rear tyre for optimum grip. The sports bike comes with 17-litre fuel tank capacity.
The 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R competes with the likes of other litre-class superbikes in India like the Yamaha YZF-R1, BMW S1000RR, Aprilia RSV4 RR, Suzuki GSX-R1000R, Ducati Panigale V4, MV Agusta F4, and the Honda CBR1000R Fireblade. The superbike still maintains its image of being the benchmark of an affordable locally assembled superbike in India.
