EICMA 2018: Updated 2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 Revealed

2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 is now official, getting cosmetic changes to feel more inline with the updated Ninja series. The adventure tourer is amazingly designed to get Ninja inspired headlights and raised fascia, further detailing new panels that have integrated daytime running lights and indicators. The seats are huge, shouting comfort from every bit of the material used in their production. The SE variant comes with added features like up/down quickshifter and Bluetooth integration.

The engine is still shared with Z1000, carrying 1043cc displacement and 120 BHP of peak power. The engine comes with ride by wire for cruise control, power modes and traction control on the Versys 1000. The suspension offers long travel on both options, with the SE variant featuring semi-active suspension as the Ninja ZX-10R. The top-spec variant also comes with colored TFT console, cornering lights, heated grips and self healing paint from other prominent models.
